We don't really like the idea of "set menus", it's your party after all. Obviously we include in this site suggestions but it's far better to have the host choose the menu. That’s why we always conduct a pre-event meeting by phone, email or whenever possible in person. Here we discuss menu options and ideas and consider dietary requirements and preferences.
